Shipping policy

I am a UK based business selling handmade items so my shipping times and costs will reflect this.

UK Free shipping offer: UK customers can get FREE UK delivery on orders £45 and over, no code needed as discount is automatic at checkout. Please note shipping discounts do not combine with other discount offers. 

Shipping Times:

I post parcels Monday - Friday.

Please note that as of 14/07/2026 I no longer offer shipping to the EU due to the admin costs of new regulations and tariffs. However shipping to Northern Ireland and all non-EU European countries remands unaffected.

UK parcels are sent 2nd class, tracked. Postage within the UK takes approximately 2 working days (48 hours) once in the post.

USA parcels are sent tracked which takes approximately 10 working days. With the president removing the de minimis exemption from August 29th your parcels of any value are now subject to a 10% tariffs on top of the customs fees. I collect the tariff (include in the postage charge) & pre-pay it for you so your parcel arrives Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP). If you pay via the shop pay app I do have to send a separate invoice as the app doesn’t not collect.

International parcels are sent tracked which takes approximately 10 working days. 

I aim to ship all my ‘ready made’ items within 7 working days, while ‘Made to Order’ items have a 2 week turnaround.

I ship all packages via Royal Mail, although international packages are passed over from Royal Mail to the countries mail service, I have no say in who that secondary service is.
